These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://quickresponselocksmiths.com/locksmith/ and related services (the "Services") operated by Quick Response Locksmiths ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Our Role

Quick Response Locksmiths is a referral and information service. We do not provide locksmith services and are not a party to any agreement between you and independent locksmith contractors or service providers. Providers are solely responsible for their services, pricing, timelines, warranties, and the work itself.

2) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully. By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your details with independent locksmith providers and to be contacted regarding your request (including by automated technology where permitted by law).

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Any quotes or estimates are provided by independent locksmith providers and are subject to change based on job details, hardware, lock type, and on-site inspection. Arrival times and scheduling are subject to provider availability, traffic, weather, and other external conditions. Nothing on the Services is a guarantee of availability, price, or response time.

4) Third-Party Sites & Partners

The Services may link to third-party websites or display phone numbers that connect you to partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

5) Prohibited Uses

Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity is prohibited. You cannot interfere with or disrupt the Services, including automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits or security measures. Impersonation or misrepresentation, including submitting false or misleading service requests, is not permitted. Requesting locksmith services to gain unauthorized access to property you do not own or control is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

6) Intellectual Property

Content on the Services, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Quick Response Locksmiths and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission.

7) Disclaimers

"THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT." We do not warrant any provider’s qualifications, licensing, pricing, availability, response time, or quality of work.

8) Limitation of Liability

"TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICK RESPONSE LOCKSMITHS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES." Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quick Response Locksmiths and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your interactions with locksmith providers.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
